Most inverts are omnivorous (eat both meat and plants). They will eat algae, plants, vegetables, flake food, frozen foods, and live foods.

Robust, tolerant and easy to breed, it is an ideal candidate for beginners in freshwater invertebrates!

It does not show any major aggression. However, in some cases, they can be aggressive or even kill, their roommates. However, this behavior can be easily avoided. either towards its congeners or fish, add plants, stones, roots...They need to hide, especially since they are very vulnerable and risk being eaten in certain population configurations.
